# Gusset name and logo

The Gusset source code is released under the license in [LICENSE](LICENSE).
That license covers the **code only**. The name "Gusset" (in full "Gusset – Pattern Drafter") and the Gusset logo
(the pictures in `drafter/assets/brand/`, `desktop/icons/` and `website/assets/brand/`, and the app icon
made from them) are **not** covered by it.

## You may, without asking

- Use the name and logo to **talk about Gusset**: articles, tutorials, videos,
  reviews, course material, and links to the official download.
- Show the **unchanged** logo next to that content, as long as it is clear that
  you are not the official project.

## You may not, without written permission

- Use the name or logo for a fork, a modified version, or any other product.
- Distribute a modified version of Gusset under the name "Gusset" or with the logo.
- Change the logo, or use it as part of your own logo, app icon or brand.
- Suggest that your product, service or organization is made, endorsed or
  supported by the Gusset project.

## Forks

Forks are welcome; the code license allows them. Please give yours its own name
and its own icon, so people know which version they are using.
